Subscriptions

We are changing domains. What do I need to do from our end to keep the updates coming from you and is there any config involved?

When you want the change executed, please simply send a note to support@armresearch.com with your license ID in the message. Explain what your old address was and what you would like your new address to be. (We match up the two pieces of information for security purposes.)

I'm guessing that you will be changing your sniffer@ list subscription address and the registered email address for this account as well. Please be clear about that in your note, and if possible please handle the sniffer@ list subscription yourself to save us a couple minutes ;-)

You will not need to make any additional changes on your end.
