What happens once I sign up for a 30 day free trial?

When we receive your request, after verifying your information, we will set up a trial licnese and our system. You will receive a response note letting you know your trial has been approved and what your license id is.

Then the system will begin sending update notification messages each time the rulebase for that license is updated (currently about every 2 hours or so). You can use this message to trigger an update script on your system to automatically download your updated rulebase. We can redirect this message to any address you chose for this purpose, or we can turn it off if you wish (just send a note to support@armresarch.com. The update notification message will also remind you where you can download the rulebase file (which is named for the license id), what the authentication string is for that license id, the login and password for downloading the rulebase file, and similar information about reporting logs.
