Rulebase Updates

When I download the update the .snf in the sniffer directory doesn't get updated. Why?

If that's the case then the possibilities are that the rulebase didn't download because it's not new, or the rulebase did download but it's a different license (script not quite up to date for the new license), or that the rulebase downloaded but the wrong authentication string is in use so it failed to authenticate (script not up to date w/ new authentication code that matches new license id).
